WHAT TO EXPECT
We will commence this private tour with a pick up at your accommodation. We will then head to Batukaru Temple located on the southern slope of Mount Batukaru, Bali's second-highest volcano. You will learn more about the history and stories of this beautiful temple which is surrounded by lush vegetation.
The tour continues with a visit to the rice terraces at Jati Luwih village. This remarkable landscape has been designated by UNESCO as the world heritage and cultural landscape of Bali. Once you've had the chance to take in the stunning scenery and environment, we will stop and have lunch.
Once we're finished we will continue the journey to see Lake Beratan and Ulun Danu. These two lakes offer you amazing views and the opportunity to see other activities you may wish to book with us. It is dedicated to Dewi Danu, the goddess of the waters, and is built on small islands. Pilgrimages and ceremonies are held here to ensure that there is a supply of water for farmers all over Bali.
The tour is not quite finished there. Once we depart Ulun Danu we will head to Gigit Waterfall, one of the most famous and beautiful waterfalls in Bali. Spending time here, seeing and enjoying the natural beauty will absolutely soothe and relax your body, mind and soul. You will have the opportunity to take some spectacular pictures and memories that will last a lifetime.
